How to find shared folders in Windows XP quickly

Finding shared folders in a windows XP machine manually becomes tedious when the number of folders and sub-folders increases. It is also difficult to keep track of the folders we have shared over a period of time and when we try to find them to change the permissions it turns out to be a search experience in vain.
Here is an easy solution to find the shared folders in your Windows machine
STEP1: Open the command prompt
To open command prompt click on Start -> Run, type cmd and press Enter
STEP 2: Type command €˜net share and press enter. You are done searching the shared folders in your computer
