You can find your iPod serial number in the following ways
- On the back of iPod – inscribed on the back metal case towards the bottom
- iPod About screen – Select Settings -> About or Settings -> General -> About
- iTunes – Connect the iPod to the computer and select the iPod on the left side of the iTunes window under devices
- On barcode label that is affixed in original iPod packaging
- iPod’s invoice or receipt
