View Verify Tamilnadu Land patta chitta documents online

TamilNadu Government has provisioned e-services to view and verify Patta Copy and Chitta Extract and A-Register Extract for the agriculture land in Tamil Nadu .

When you go for new land or house or apartments, you have to verify whether land is registered or patta land and also whether it has chitta extract or its belong to Poramboke Land, these basic documents has to be verified before going to be purchased and also “Certificate of Encumbrance on Property” has to verified.

I HAVE 3 PLOTS OF 10,000 SQFT EACH IN SANAMANGALAM VILLAGE, MANACHAANALLUR, ARIYALUR DIST TRICHY ZONE.IT WAS BOUGHT THRU A PRIVATE REAL ESTATE PROMOTER.I AM TRYING TO GET PATA FOR THIS BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO LOCATE THE RIGHT ADDRESS. THSOME PRIVATE PEOPLE ARE OFFERING SERVICE AT AN EXORBITANT PRICE SAY 15000 PER PATA .CAN ANYONE GUIDE ME REG THIS.I AM SURE THE LAND IS SAFE .I AM NOT ABLE TO LAY HANDS ON RIGHT OFFICIAL TO APPROACH AND GET PATA AAT A REASONABLE GOVBERNMENT RATES.

Mr. Subramanian , visit your local taluk office, collect patta application form, Fill up and submit to concerned Village Administration Officer along with parent deed, EC and sketch of your land. The VAO will be available every monday to collect these forms. Hopefully within a month or 2 u will get your patta.
