GMail is an free e-mail service, for sake advertisment and business it has a bad practise of reading all our emails to display relevant ads is something bad. Google displays an relevant adverstiment based on the context of our email for an example: You send a e-mail to your friend regarding an job opening at your company, google populates an relevant ads to sell their business through Google Adsense enabled sites. Google voluntarily tracks our activities online for displaying ads.
Microsoft want to highlight this point to corporates and small business firms to drive them away from Google Apps services.
