Bloggers are always looking for more traffic for their blog.If you are using blogger as your blogging platform then you should change your blog as seo friendly then only your blog will get decent traffic. Meta tags are more important for seo.Blogger blog doesn’t have any seo pack like wordpress.
Google always suggest that all pages in your blog should have unique meta description otherwise If you have same meta description for all pages whenever google crawl your site,you will get HTML suggestions in google webmaster tool.You can see Duplicate Meta descriptions for some pages.
It won’t prevent your blog from appearing in Google search results but if you solve this problem then your blog will be complete better seo friendly.
If you are a programmer then it is easy for you.Just add if else condition in meta description it will solve this problem.It may be like below code.

Then wait for few weeks because it is based on google crawling your blog, if your blog is popular then it will solve shortly otherwise it will some time and slowly duplicate meta descriptions problem will be resolved.I tried this it is working for me.
